It does that from the start of the app, which you can reject of course, but I find this to be incredibly annoying still. This app will ask you several times if you want to create an HP Account. I haven't even gotten to the HP Smart app. That's just the Microsoft Store portion of it. When I opened the App, it asked me to sign into Microsoft again, which I did not have to do, but was still annoying.
